THE COACHING TEAM

Our coaches are divided into different Tiers dependent on their experience. Tier 3 coaches are our most experienced coaches with 8+ years of experience. Tier 2 coaches have experience ranging from 3-8 years, and our Tier 1 coaches have experience of less than 3 years.

All coaches have formal qualifications with internationally recognized bodies or formal university degree(s), some have both. By tiering our coaches into different categories it allows us to continue to develop a newer generation by allowing them to gain coaching experience and put the theory into practice. This structure also allows for valuable sharing of knowledge between all coaches, but also allows so to charge slightly less or more based on the coaches valuable experience.
